For most productions, 100 dollar prop money does the heavy lifting: the denomination reads clearly on camera and signals value at a glance.
Choosing a size: - **Wallet or hand shot:** a Starter Stack is plenty. - **Table spread or desk scene:** one or two stacks give a natural pile. - **Heist or vault reveal:** go to 5 stacks or more so the bundles fill the frame.
Keep a few loose notes on hand for continuity. Every note carries specimen markings, so it stays non-legal tender. See the $100 prop notes for sizes and pricing.
The $100 note is also the easiest denomination to read in a wide shot, so it works well as the top note of a stack with lower denominations underneath. If a scene shows the same money twice, for example before and after a handover, order enough matching stacks so you are not rebuilding them between set-ups. Notes are double-sided, so a flipped stack still looks right.
