Buying prop money for a production takes about ten minutes when you know the steps.
1. **Count the shots.** Decide what appears on camera: a wallet, a table spread or a full vault. 2. **Pick denominations.** $50 and $100 notes read best on screen; smaller notes suit tills and tips. 3. **Choose bundle sizes.** Starter Stacks suit close-ups, larger stacks suit reveals. 4. **Order.** Minimum order is $300 AUD and delivery is free from $500. Pay by bank transfer, PayID or crypto (10% off). 5. **Dispatch.** Orders go by Australia Post Express with signature on delivery, usually within 24 business hours of payment.
If you would rather talk it through, contact the studio or go straight to the shop.
Two practical tips: order a little more than your shot list says, because retakes and continuity swaps use up notes faster than expected, and keep a few loose notes separate from the stacks for close-ups. If you are working to a budget, put the higher denominations in the foreground and fill the background with simpler stacks, which keeps the cost down without hurting the frame.
