Production schedules rarely leave much room for shipping delays, which is why dispatch speed is one of the first questions we get from new studio clients. Orders placed before our 2:00pm AEST cutoff go out same-day via Australia Post Express, with full tracking and mandatory signature on delivery for every consignment.
A few scheduling notes worth building into your production calendar: - Same-day dispatch only applies to orders placed before the daily cutoff — orders placed after 2:00pm go out the following business day. - Signature-on-delivery is a fixed policy across every order, not optional, so make sure someone is available to receive the parcel at the nominated address. - Regional and interstate addresses may add a day or two to Australia Post Express's standard metro timeframe — build this into your prep schedule rather than your shoot date.
